Assistant Manager - Auto Aftermarket Parts

Our client, based in Melbourne's south east, is a leading supplier of a range of automotive genuine and aftermarket parts.

Offering excellent conditions, a great facility, a dynamic and close knit team, they are currently seeking and experienced assistant manager to join their business.

The main focus of this position is to control and monitor the day to day operations of the branch, along with play a hands on role in handling customer enquiries and orders.

The functions of this role will include staff supervision, appraisals, rostering and training, along with ensuring service efficiency and quality to your customers.  Experience in warehousing would also be ideal, as you will work closely with the warehouse supervisor ensuring accuracy of parts storage, picking and delivery to the customer.

Experience with auto parts is essential, along with demonstrated achievements in a leadership role and a strong customer service focus.

Working Monday - Friday 8 - 5, our client is negotiated on the base salary, based on experience and this salaried position will also come with the use of a company vehicle (ute).
